YOUR OPENING PATH

Start with the place. Build the operation.

Use these steps in order, or open the tool you need today. Your team stays in controlβ€”with the human touch behind every decision.

STEP 1

Give your court a home

Add your court name, address, hours, amenities and welcome message. Set a mapped entrance and arrival radius so your roster reflects trucks at your location.

How it works

Create your private workspace first. Upload business documents in Court documents & review, save your profile and build your spaces while Fork & Curb reviews the business. After approval, publish your court page and share its link.

STEP 2

Build your space inventory

Label every confirmed space. Choose sell-and-park or park-only, then record vehicle length, power and water access.

How it works

Use your approved site plan for dimensions and utilities. Open or pause requests for individual spaces, and archive a space without losing its history.

STEP 3

Open your spaces before opening day

List each space, its amenities and its daily or monthly rate. Set your opening date and let vendors request dates up to six months ahead.

How it works

Review each request, choose a space and approve, waitlist or decline it. For advance reservations, your team issues the confirmed total and deposit after approval. The vendor reviews the deposit and court terms before checkout.

STEP 4

Bring your vendors together

Invite a Fork & Curb truck or home-cook business by its storefront name. The business accepts, and you manage its membership and public visibility.

How it works

Each vendor keeps its menu, orders, customers, delivery settings and payouts. The live roster uses fresh vendor location updates inside your court’s arrival radius.

STEP 5

Manage access and arrivals

Issue and rotate access codes for active members. Keep a court access log for arrivals, departures and denied entry.

How it works

Your team manages the codes and records from the dashboard. Use your own on-site entry procedure; an access code is not a connection to gate hardware.

STEP 6

Keep the money separate

Give the court its own payout account and financial records. Each vendor’s food sales stay with that vendor’s business.

How it works

The finance panel starts court account onboarding and shows account verification and payout status. Court deposits are separate from food sales, with the confirmed amount and terms saved for each reservation.

THE PLACE BEHIND THE PAGE

Plan the site before opening day.

Take your site plan to the local planning, fire and food-safety offices. Confirm the approvals for your address and intended activities, then record the decision, contact and next action in your opening checklist.

πŸ“ Site & utilities

Document access routes, accessible facilities, parking, restrooms, seating, power, water, waste collection and emergency access with the people responsible for the site.

🀝 Vendors & service

Set operating hours, arrival instructions, cleanup responsibilities, vendor documents, weather procedures and the contact who handles a problem on site.

🧾 Business & records

Keep your property agreement, business records, insurance information and agency decisions together. Agree on rent and payment terms directly with your vendors.

The checklist organizes your work. Local authorities issue site and operating approvals; creating a Fork & Curb workspace does not issue a permit.
