What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), order history, delivery addresses, payment confirmations from Stripe (we never store your full card number), messages you send, device information, and—with your permission—location.
Location data
The website requests browser permission to find farms, food trucks, home cooks and events near you. Allowing location supplies coordinates for nearby results. You can decline and search by ZIP code or state instead. The public website does not track your movements in the background.
Your browser remembers discovery choices to make return visits easier. Change the search location, revoke the site’s location permission, or clear site data in your browser to reset those choices.
A Business chooses the service location and pickup instructions it shares. Home cooks choose whether to offer pickup at home or another pickup point. Do not put private access instructions in public descriptions. Delivery tracking shares the assigned delivery’s status and available location with the people involved in that order; it is not a public map of drivers’ personal movements.
How we use information
To run orders and deliveries, process payments, show live status, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the service, and—if you opt in—send updates from Businesses you follow. Demand insights we show Businesses are aggregated and never identify you.
Your choices
Manage texts and email for each Business on your Account page. Reply STOP to a marketing text to stop that sender’s messages. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact support with your preference.
Account deletion removes profile contact fields, follows and marketing consent records, and clears delivery addresses, coordinates and notes from your orders. Catering contact details are removed from your account’s requests. Financial and security records needed for tax, disputes and fraud prevention are retained. Contact support for a broader privacy request, including records held by service providers.
California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents can request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information and exercise applicable rights to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for that purpose. We do not discriminate against people who exercise their privacy rights. Send requests to support@forkandcurb.com; we verify identity before disclosing or changing account information.
Security and retention
We use encrypted connections and account access controls to protect information. No online service eliminates every security risk. Report suspicious account activity to support promptly.
We retain information for account services, transaction records, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Retention follows the record’s purpose and applicable obligations; deleting an account does not erase records that must be retained.
Children
Fork & Curb is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics in the footer, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to our public pages. We send the page address without search parameters, a standard page title and no referring-page address. We do not send form entries, account details, orders or private dashboard activity.
Choose No thanks in the footer to stop analytics and remove its cookies. Your sign-in and other site preferences stay unchanged. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also keep analytics off.
Public business information
Directory records come from public government and business sources and from owners’ submissions. We display business details and source dates for discovery. Imported home-cook profiles do not publish a residential street address. Owner-selected pickup details are a separate choice.
Use the listing’s correction link or contact support@forkandcurb.com to report incorrect information, request a privacy correction or ask about ownership verification. Include the listing link, not identity documents, in your initial message.
Browser storage and outside links
Sign-in cookies maintain your session. Browser storage remembers discovery preferences and location choices. Clearing cookies signs you out; clearing site data resets saved choices.
Opening a seller website, external menu or event link takes you to that provider’s site. Its privacy policy governs information you give it. Weather, mapping and population requests use the location needed for that lookup, not your payment details.
Making a privacy request
Email support@forkandcurb.com from the account email and describe the information or change you want. We verify identity and authority before releasing personal records. Authorized representatives must provide evidence that they can act for the account holder. Do not email passwords or full card numbers.
Privacy rights follow the law that applies to you. Where a request cannot be fulfilled in full because records must be retained or another person’s rights are involved, we explain the reason and the next step.
