01

Who we are

Fork & Curb is an online marketplace operated by HHM Custom Homes LLC, doing business as Fork & Curb (“Fork & Curb,” “we”). We connect customers with independent food trucks, home cooks, caterers and other food businesses (“Businesses”), and with drivers and venues.

02

Businesses sell their own food

Each Business is an independent seller. The Business—not Fork & Curb—prepares its food, sets its menu and prices, and is responsible for food safety, allergen information, permits and compliance with food laws. Fork & Curb does not prepare, handle or inspect food.

03

Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and place orders. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Public customer accounts are free. Business subscriptions are separate from your personal account.

Use Account settings to request deletion. Complete open orders first. Business owners must transfer or close their business before deleting the account that controls it.

04

Orders and payment

When you place an order you agree to pay the total shown at checkout, which itemizes food, any service, small-order and delivery fees, card processing, applicable tax and your tip. Payments are processed by Stripe. Tips go 100% to your driver on deliveries and 100% to the Business on pickups.

  • Pickup times are estimates. Check the order status and the Business’s instructions before travelling.
  • Delivery fees for partner drivers are quoted before you pay; if your address is outside the delivery area you’ll be asked to choose pickup.
  • Ordering ahead for a scheduled stop is pickup only.
05

Allergies and dietary needs

Menu allergen information comes from the Business. If you have a food allergy, contact the Business before ordering. Fork & Curb cannot guarantee any item is free of an allergen.

06

Home-based and licensed-kitchen food

Home-based cottage-food businesses and licensed commercial kitchens operate under different rules. The seller must identify its food-business model and provide the notices required for its food and location. A directory entry or owner claim is not a health inspection or a food-safety certification. Ask the seller about its kitchen and handling practices before ordering.

07

Cancellations and refunds

See the Refund Policy. If a Business cancels an order it cannot fulfill, you will be refunded in full.

08

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Fork & Curb: no fraud, abuse of drivers or Business staff, fake reviews, scraping, or interfering with the service. Violations are grounds for account suspension or removal.

09

Reviews and content

Reviews must be about a real order and your honest experience. You grant Fork & Curb a license to display content you submit on the service.

10

Disclaimers and limits

Fork & Curb is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Fork & Curb is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

11

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem quickly.

12

Changes and contact

Updated terms are published with their effective date. Checkout and business onboarding record the document version accepted in those flows. A new version does not rewrite an earlier acceptance record. Questions: support@forkandcurb.com.

13

Directories, menus and business accounts

Public directory listings include business facts collected from identified public sources. The source and checked date appear on the listing. Business details change; confirm opening hours, menu availability and the current stop with the Business.

A business account connects the public profile after we confirm the person managing it. It does not certify food safety or guarantee an order. External menu and website links belong to the linked business. A directory listing alone does not accept orders or collect payment.

14

Discovery and HHM Intelligence

Recipes beside a directory entry are Fork & Curb kitchen inspiration, not the listed Business’s menu or a statement of what it grows or sells. Forecasts and population cards identify their geography, date and source.

HHM Intelligence supports business decisions with labeled information. Search interest, prices, weather, population and national statistics are not predictions of a vendor’s sales. Business owners remain responsible for their operating decisions.

15

Subscriptions and other bookings

Read the plan price, billing interval and included services before subscribing. A business subscription does not pay for food, delivery, space rent or other separately priced purchases. The checkout or booking summary identifies those charges.

Catering, venue and kitchen arrangements also follow the accepted quote or booking terms. Keep a copy of the price, date, location and cancellation terms you accept.
