Approved sources
You sell only products from approved sources, labeled and stored as the law requires, and you disclose allergens and recalls promptly.
Orders and delivery
List accurate case prices and delivery areas. Deliver to the location the buyer chooses, including commissaries and venue storage.
Payments
Buyer payments are paid to your connected Stripe account less Fork & Curbβs disclosed fee.
Product information
Describe the product, package size, unit or case quantity, price and availability accurately. Identify handling requirements and provide ingredient, allergen and traceability information required for the product. Do not describe a product as certified unless the certification is valid and applies to that product.
Order confirmation and substitutions
Confirm the quantity, price, delivery window and delivery location with the buyer. Obtain the buyerβs agreement before substituting products, changing quantities or adding charges. Communicate shortages and delays promptly so the buyer can plan service.
Delivery, storage and recalls
Maintain the transport and storage conditions required for the goods. Agree on a receiving contact and document delivery problems. For a recall, identify the affected product and lots, notify buyers promptly and provide return or disposal instructions from the responsible source.
Returns and business records
State return, shortage and damaged-product terms before the buyer commits to an order. Preserve invoices and delivery records needed to resolve a claim. Use buyer contact details for the business relationship and only send marketing with consent.
