Text Message Terms
What texts you’ll get, how often, and how to stop them.

What you’ll receive
If you opt in for a Business, you’ll get texts about its openings nearby, specials, meal drops and last-call deals. Order texts are about orders you place. Account texts are sign-in codes you request.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with the sender’s updates and your account activity. Your carrier’s message and data charges apply under your mobile plan. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that sender, or HELP for help. You can also turn texts off for each Business on your Account page. We don’t send marketing texts during quiet hours.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent and the sender
Consent is tied to the sender and the messages you choose to receive. Giving a phone number for an order does not, by itself, authorize unrelated marketing. The Business and purpose shown in the opt-in identify the messages covered by your choice.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Reply STOP to stop texts from that sender or contact support@forkandcurb.com with the number and sender you want stopped. A final confirmation of your opt-out is not a new marketing subscription. To receive marketing again, opt in again.
Keep your number current and tell support if it is reassigned or no longer yours. Do not opt in a number you do not control.
Help, privacy and safe messages
Reply HELP for assistance or use the support contact on this page. The Privacy Policy explains how account and messaging information is used. Fork & Curb does not ask you to send passwords, full card numbers or account sign-in codes in a marketing reply.
Text delivery is not guaranteed. Check the app’s order record for the status of a purchase instead of relying only on a text notification.
