Kitchen Provider Agreement
Terms for kitchens that list time, storage and services for cooks on Fork & Curb.
Licensed facility
You confirm your kitchen holds the licenses and inspections required to host the operators who book it, including any shared-use kitchen rules, and you will keep them current.
Bookings and schedules
List accurate rates, equipment, storage and hours. Maintain the operator schedules, sanitation logs and records your regulator requires.
Payments
Booking payments are paid to your connected Stripe account less Fork & Curb’s disclosed fee.
Facility details and operating permissions
Describe the kitchen’s location, permitted uses, available equipment, storage, utilities and access hours accurately. Identify any additional approvals an operator needs before using the facility. A kitchen booking does not transfer a provider’s license to the operator.
Before an operator arrives
Confirm the booked time, price, equipment, storage allocation, access instructions and cancellation terms. Tell operators what training, cleaning supplies, insurance and records they must provide. Resolve scheduling conflicts before granting access.
Changes, refunds and support
Honor the agreed booking and cancellation terms. Confirm any replacement time or equipment with the operator before changing a booking. Document damage or additional charges and give the operator a clear explanation. Contact Fork & Curb support for issues with a booking or payment made through the platform.
