Gift Card & Credit Terms
How Fork & Curb gift cards and credits work.
Use
Gift cards and credits can be used at any Business on Fork & Curb, unless a promotion says otherwise.
No expiration
Purchased gift cards do not expire and carry no inactivity fees. Promotional credits follow the expiration date stated in the promotion.
Not cash
Gift cards can’t be redeemed for cash except where the law requires. Unclaimed balances are handled under applicable state unclaimed-property law.
Purchased value and promotional value
A purchased gift card represents money paid for that card. Promotional credit is a separate offer with the stated use and expiration terms. Check the credit’s description before applying it to an order; a promotion does not change the no-expiration promise for purchased gift cards.
Redemption and remaining balances
Apply the card or credit through the payment flow that accepts it. Review the amount applied and any remaining amount due before paying. Keep the purchase receipt and protect redemption codes like cash; do not post them publicly.
Missing cards and account safety
Report a lost code or suspected unauthorized use to support@forkandcurb.com with the purchase reference. We verify the purchase and remaining value before resolving a claim. Never provide a gift-card code to someone demanding payment outside Fork & Curb.
Refunds and legal rights
A cancelled purchase is handled according to its original payment sources and the Refund Policy. A credit is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Cash redemption and unclaimed-property rights required by law remain in place.
