Recipe to try at home

Vietnamese-Style Iced Coffee

Bold dark coffee poured over sweetened condensed milk and lots of ice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup very strong dark roast coffee, hot
  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • Ice
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Make it

  1. Spoon condensed milk into the bottom of a tall glass.
  2. Pour hot coffee over it and stir until fully combined.
  3. Fill with ice, stir again and sip right away.
