Lamb Burgers with Feta and Mint

Spiced lamb patties with tangy feta, cucumber and a cool mint yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground lamb
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • 4 buns or pitas
  • Sliced cucumber

Make it

  1. Mix lamb, cumin, garlic and 1 tsp salt and form 4 patties.
  2. Grill or pan-cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until 160°F inside.
  3. Stir mint into yogurt and serve patties on buns with feta, cucumber and mint yogurt.
