Elderflower Berry Fizz

A sparkling, alcohol-free berry drink with a floral elderflower note.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 3 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves

Make it

  1. Lightly crush berries in a pitcher with syrup and lime juice.
  2. Add ice and sparkling water and stir gently.
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.
