Willow Springs Ranch, located in Tucson, Arizona is a 3rd generation family owned cattle ranch since 1979. We raise all natural, grass fed, grass finished beef. The operation has sustained as a cow-calf operation for 46 years, and is now offering direct to consumer beef sales via the local farmer's market in Oro Valley, Arizona. Whole and half-beef is available by request, and individual cuts may be purchased at the farmer's market. We look forward to serving our community with high quality, all natural beef.
Juicy roasted pork tenderloin with a tangy-sweet mustard glaze.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Make it
Heat oven to 400°F. Season pork with salt and sear in oil on all sides.
Mix mustard, syrup, rosemary and garlic and brush over the pork.
Roast 15 to 20 minutes until 145°F, then rest 5 minutes before slicing.
