Recipe to try at home
Mushroom Swiss Burgers
Beef patties smothered in garlicky sauteed mushrooms and melted Swiss.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 brioche buns
- Salt and pepper
Make it
- Saute mushrooms in butter 8 minutes until browned, add garlic and season.
- Form 4 patties and cook in a hot skillet 4 to 5 minutes per side until 160°F inside.
- Top with Swiss to melt, then mushrooms, and serve on toasted buns.
