Ingredients
4 thick slices country bread
1 cup whole-milk ricotta
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of flaky salt
Cracked black pepper
Handful of fresh thyme leaves
Make it
Brush bread with olive oil and toast until deep golden.
Spread each slice thickly with ricotta.
