Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup water
2 black tea bags
4 cardamom pods, cracked
1 cinnamon stick
4 thin slices fresh ginger
2 tbsp sugar or honey
Make it
Simmer water, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger for 5 minutes.
Add tea bags and milk and heat until steaming, about 4 minutes.
Strain into mugs and sweeten to taste.
