Silky spiced sweet potato filling on a buttery graham crust, easy to slice.
Ingredients
2 cups mashed cooked sweet potato
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
5 tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Make it
Heat oven to 350°F. Press crumbs and butter into a lined 8-inch pan and bake 8 minutes.
Whisk sweet potato, sugar, eggs, milk and spices until smooth; pour over the crust.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until set in the center (175°F); cool and chill before slicing.
