Recipe to try at home

Mini Cannoli Dip

A sweet ricotta dip with chocolate chips, served with crisp cookies.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole-milk ricotta, drained
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone or cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Crisp waffle cookies to serve

Make it

  1. Beat ricotta, powdered sugar, mascarpone, vanilla and zest until smooth.
  2. Fold in most of the chocolate chips.
  3. Chill 30 minutes, top with remaining chips, and serve with cookies.
