Cumin Roasted Cauliflower
Golden cauliflower with cumin, turmeric and a squeeze of lime.
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut in florets
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Make it
- Heat oven to 425°F. Toss cauliflower with oil, spices and salt.
- Roast 25 minutes, turning once, until browned and tender.
- Squeeze lime over and sprinkle with cilantro.
