Honey Glazed Carrots

Tender carrots in a glossy honey butter glaze with fresh thyme.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb carrots, sliced on an angle
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt

Make it

  1. Simmer carrots, water and a pinch of salt covered for 6 minutes.
  2. Uncover, add butter and honey, and cook until liquid becomes a shiny glaze.
  3. Toss with thyme and serve.
