Recipe to try at home

Herby Green Omelet

A soft, folded omelet packed with chopped fresh herbs and a little cheese.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp shredded white cheddar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Make it

  1. Whisk eggs with salt, pepper and half the herbs until no streaks remain.
  2. Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat, add eggs and stir gently until mostly set with no runny liquid.
  3. Scatter cheese and remaining herbs over one half, fold, and slide onto a warm plate.
