Grilled Pineapple with Lime Sugar

Caramelized pineapple spears with a zesty lime and brown sugar sprinkle.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pineapple, cut into spears
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 lime, zested
  • Pinch of chili powder
  • Pinch of salt

Make it

  1. Mix sugar, lime zest, chili powder and salt.
  2. Grill pineapple over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side until marked.
  3. Sprinkle with lime sugar while warm.
