Smoky Grilled Corn on the Cob
Sweet summer corn grilled until charred and slathered in chili-lime butter.
Ingredients
- 6 ears corn, husked
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 lime, zested
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt
Make it
- Mix butter with lime zest, chili powder, paprika and salt.
- Grill corn over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning, until charred in spots.
- Brush with the flavored butter while hot.
