Honey Roasted Pears with Yogurt

Tender honey-roasted pears spooned over thick yogurt with toasted nuts.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts

Make it

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Set pears cut side up in a baking dish.
  2. Drizzle with honey, butter and cinnamon and roast 25 minutes, basting once.
  3. Serve warm over yogurt with walnuts and pan juices.
