Mango Lassi

A creamy, cooling mango and yogurt drink with a hint of cardamom.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • Ice

Make it

  1. Add mango, yogurt, milk, sweetener and cardamom to a blender.
  2. Blend with a handful of ice until frothy.
  3. Pour into glasses and dust with a little extra cardamom.
