Recipe to try at home
Small Batch Strawberry Jam
A bright refrigerator jam with just berries, sugar and lemon.
Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Pinch of salt
Make it
- Stir berries, sugar, lemon juice and salt in a wide pot and let sit 15 minutes.
- Boil, stirring often, 15 to 20 minutes until a spoonful on a cold plate wrinkles when pushed.
- Pour into clean jars, cool, and keep refrigerated up to 3 weeks.
