Lemon-oregano chicken skewers in warm pitas with tzatziki.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb boneless chicken, cubed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 tsp dried oregano
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 pitas
1 cup tzatziki
Sliced tomato and onion
Make it
Marinate chicken in oil, lemon, oregano, garlic and 1 tsp salt for 30 minutes.
Thread onto skewers and grill or broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning, until 165°F.
Serve in warm pitas with tzatziki, tomato and onion.
