Elderflower Berry Fizz
A sparkling, alcohol-free berry drink with a floral elderflower note.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 3 tbsp elderflower syrup
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 cups sparkling water
- Ice
- Mint leaves
Make it
- Lightly crush berries in a pitcher with syrup and lime juice.
- Add ice and sparkling water and stir gently.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.
