This neighborhood farmers market is located at Old MacDonald’s Farm, a City-owned and operated petting farm open seasonally. The market is open on Wednesdays, from 4-6 p.m., June through September. Vendors lease stalls from the City to sell fruits, vegetables, meats, and crafts to local consumers. In addition to farm fresh products, visitors can also stop by the farm and visit with goats, calves, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, and a donkey!_x000d_ _x000d_ Some market vendors are certified by the Iowa State Agriculture Department to accept IFMNP checks from the WIC Program.
