Recipe to try at home

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Tender baked meatballs simmered in an easy, rich marinara.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Make it

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic and 1 tsp salt; roll into 16 balls.
  2. Bake 15 minutes, then simmer in marinara 10 minutes until meatballs reach 160°F.
  3. Serve over cooked spaghetti with parsley and more parmesan.
