Recipe to try at home

Cumin Roasted Cauliflower

Golden cauliflower with cumin, turmeric and a squeeze of lime.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut in florets
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Make it

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Toss cauliflower with oil, spices and salt.
  2. Roast 25 minutes, turning once, until browned and tender.
  3. Squeeze lime over and sprinkle with cilantro.
