Mocha Hot Chocolate
Rich cocoa and coffee warmed together for a cozy afternoon mug.
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped cream to serve
Make it
- Whisk cocoa, sugar and salt into milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add chocolate and coffee and stir until steaming and smooth; do not boil.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
