For more than 40 years, the Minot Farmers Market has been organizing space for our vendor members to provide the fresh, local produce, meats, and goods for the Minot Community. Each week, our members set up in Oak Park to provide a fun, curated, outdoor shopping experience. We also host multiple family-friendly events showcasing local foods throughout the season.
Tender baked meatballs simmered in an easy, rich marinara.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar (24 oz) marinara
1 lb spaghetti
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Make it
Heat oven to 400°F. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic and 1 tsp salt; roll into 16 balls.
Bake 15 minutes, then simmer in marinara 10 minutes until meatballs reach 160°F.
Serve over cooked spaghetti with parsley and more parmesan.
