Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup grated zucchini, squeezed dry
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
4 buns
Lettuce and tomato to serve
Make it
Mix turkey, zucchini, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder and 1 tsp salt; form 4 patties.
Cook in an oiled skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side until 165°F inside.
Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
