Sweet summer corn grilled until charred and slathered in chili-lime butter.
Ingredients
6 ears corn, husked
4 tbsp butter, softened
1 lime, zested
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt
Make it
Mix butter with lime zest, chili powder, paprika and salt.
Grill corn over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning, until charred in spots.
Brush with the flavored butter while hot.
