Ingredients

1 ripe pineapple, cut into spears
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 lime, zested
Pinch of chili powder
Pinch of salt

Make it

Mix sugar, lime zest, chili powder and salt.
Grill pineapple over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side until marked.
Sprinkle with lime sugar while warm.
