Sticky, sweet and savory skillet chicken with a glossy honey garlic glaze.
Ingredients
6 boneless chicken thighs
1/3 cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sliced green onions
Make it
Season chicken and sear in oil 5 to 6 minutes per side until browned and 165°F.
Lower heat, add garlic for 30 seconds, then honey, soy and vinegar.
Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, turning chicken to coat, and top with green onions.
