Creamy Coleslaw
Crunchy cabbage and carrot in a tangy, lightly sweet dressing for any cookout.
Ingredients
- 6 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- Salt and pepper
Make it
- Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper.
- Toss with cabbage and carrot until coated.
- Chill at least 20 minutes and toss again before serving.
