Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Make it
Heat oven to 475°F and stretch dough on an oiled pan.
Toss chicken with 2 tbsp sauce; spread remaining sauce on the dough and top with cheeses, chicken and onion.
Bake 14 to 16 minutes until bubbly and the chicken is hot (165°F); finish with cilantro.
