Yogurt Parfait with Honey Granola
Layers of thick yogurt, honey-toasted oats and juicy seasonal fruit.
Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups sliced fruit
- Pinch of salt
Make it
- Heat oven to 325°F. Toss oats, nuts, honey, oil and salt, spread on a sheet and bake 20 minutes, stirring once.
- Let granola cool so it crisps.
- Layer yogurt, fruit and granola in glasses and serve right away.
