On Herrington Brothers farm, we are raising seasonal produce for UPICK or prepick options to be purchased from our barn. We grow pumpkins, strawberries, tulips, onions and other flowers here on our family farm in Vienna, Georgia.
Icy blended watermelon with lime and garden mint for hot afternoons.
Ingredients
6 cups seedless watermelon cubes
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
10 mint leaves
1 to 2 tbsp sugar or agave
1 cup cold sparkling water
Ice
Make it
Blend watermelon, lime juice, mint and sweetener until smooth.
Strain if you like it extra smooth.
Pour over ice and top with sparkling water.
