Microgreen Avocado Toast

Smashed avocado on toast piled high with peppery fresh microgreens.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup radish or broccoli microgreens
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Flaky salt

Make it

  1. Toast the bread until crisp.
  2. Mash avocado with lemon juice and salt and spread on the toast.
  3. Pile on microgreens and finish with pepper flakes and flaky salt.
