Our Farmers’ Market is located in the Geographical Center of Ohio known as Centerburg. We are part of a rural agricultural community with a small town marketplace. We offer a variety of produce and other goods as well as a special meat commodity of lamb. We feature an artsian market as well allowing for our local artists to share their businesses. We offer entertainment at our market as well as community workshops people can register to participate such as basket weaving, cookie decorating and the art of storytelling.
Roast pork, ham, Swiss, pickles and mustard pressed until crisp and melty.
Ingredients
1 loaf soft French or Cuban bread
8 oz sliced roast pork
6 oz sliced ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
Dill pickle slices
3 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp butter
Make it
Split bread, spread with mustard, and layer pork, ham, cheese and pickles.
Butter the outside and cook in a skillet with a heavy pan pressing on top, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Cook until cheese melts and fillings are hot, then slice on the diagonal.
