Honey Ricotta Toast
Creamy ricotta on crunchy toast with a drizzle of local honey and black pepper.
Ingredients
- 4 thick slices country bread
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of flaky salt
- Cracked black pepper
- Handful of fresh thyme leaves
Make it
- Brush bread with olive oil and toast until deep golden.
- Spread each slice thickly with ricotta.
- Drizzle with honey and finish with flaky salt, pepper and thyme.
