Classic Peach Cobbler
Juicy cinnamon peaches under a golden, buttery batter crust.
Ingredients
- 6 cups sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Make it
- Heat oven to 350°F. Toss peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon and simmer 5 minutes.
- Pour butter into a 9x13 pan. Whisk flour, sugar, milk and baking powder and pour over the butter.
- Spoon peaches on top without stirring and bake 40 to 45 minutes until golden and bubbling.
