Recipe to try at home

Greek Village Salad

Chunky tomatoes, cucumber, olives and feta with oregano and good olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 6 oz feta block
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Make it

  1. Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion and olives on a platter and salt lightly.
  2. Set the feta block on top.
  3. Sprinkle with oregano and pour olive oil over everything.
