For 25 years, we have operated producer-only farmers markets in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Our farmers market network is the third-largest in the country and the largest in the Mid-Atlantic region, providing economic opportunity to a network of 250 Mid-Atlantic farmers and producers and a community space to restore the vital connections in our local food systems.
Creamy whipped feta drizzled with spicy honey, made for scooping with pita.
Ingredients
8 oz feta
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Warm pita to serve
Make it
Blend feta, cream cheese, oil and lemon juice until very smooth.
Warm honey with pepper flakes for 1 minute.
Spread feta in a bowl, drizzle with hot honey and serve with pita.
