Cold coffee sweetened with a quick brown sugar syrup and a splash of cream.
Ingredients
2 cups strong brewed coffee, chilled
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk or half-and-half
Ice
Make it
Simmer brown sugar and water until dissolved, then stir in vanilla and cool.
Fill two glasses with ice and pour in coffee.
Sweeten with syrup to taste and top with milk.
