Mango Chutney
A tangy, gently spiced mango relish that loves curries and grilled meats.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup raisins
Make it
- Combine everything in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Cook 25 to 30 minutes, stirring, until thick and glossy.
- Cool and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
