Lemon Herb Salmon

Tender roasted salmon with lemon, garlic and a shower of fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Make it

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Set salmon on a lined pan and rub with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Top with lemon slices and roast 12 to 15 minutes until it flakes easily and reaches 145°F.
  3. Sprinkle with dill and parsley.
