Tender honey-roasted pears spooned over thick yogurt with toasted nuts.
Ingredients
4 ripe pears, halved and cored
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups Greek yogurt
1/3 cup toasted walnuts
Make it
Heat oven to 400°F. Set pears cut side up in a baking dish.
Drizzle with honey, butter and cinnamon and roast 25 minutes, basting once.
Serve warm over yogurt with walnuts and pan juices.
