Lemon Herb Salmon
Tender roasted salmon with lemon, garlic and a shower of fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
Make it
- Heat oven to 400°F. Set salmon on a lined pan and rub with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Top with lemon slices and roast 12 to 15 minutes until it flakes easily and reaches 145°F.
- Sprinkle with dill and parsley.
